Sales Processing

4 A Financial Group takes all your sales information, and we Push, Pull, and Poll your data daily into QuickBooks. To ensure accuracy in your costing, we gross your sales up, then deduct your sales down with your comp schedule to report your actual net sales. This ensures your prime cost is true and accurate when you receive our weekly flash report. We will work with any POS system you use. If you don't have a POS system, we will create a sales ledger for you to record with.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

4 A Group prides itself on systems we created to make Accounts Payable (AP) easy and painless for our clients. Our process for handling AP is simple. You scan your invoices for us weekly. We receive images of your invoices and enter them into your accounting software. We can do this in two ways. As Bill.com users, we work in concert with Bill.com's software. Or, we can use the payable function of QuickBooks.
- Using Bill.com adds a degree of technology to making bill paying easy and fun. You will be assigned your own Bill.com email to give to your vendors to email statements and invoices. Additionally, you will have 24-hour access to all bills paid, including copies of all invoices, which are DPI compliant with IRS regulations so that you can turn your business into a paperless office. - If Bill.com is not for you, no problem. We will utilize the Accounts Payable feature offered through QuickBooks. We will take all scanned copies of your invoices and enter them in QuickBooks. You will receive an Unpaid bills detail report weekly to manage and write checks. If you don't want to write checks, leave that to us. With your scanned signature on file, we can produce and mail all checks for bills you would like paid.
Accounts Receivable
- At 4 A Group, we will handle all of your accounts receivable. We can generate all customer bills and apply all customer payments. Using Bill.com gives you an edge over your competitors. Bank Reconciliation

4 A Group will give you an up-to-date weekly cash report. 4 A Group will ensure all your bank accounts and credit card accounts are tied to the most current transactions.

Payroll Recording and Processing

Whether you have 4 A Group Process your payroll or use another payroll provider, we will accurately record your payroll. We find most payrolls get recorded incorrectly. We will ensure all your departments are properly expensed and that we record your payroll taxes correctly. You will receive a weekly labor report from us. If you don't have a weekly payroll, we will accrue your payroll weekly to give you a better idea of your weekly labor cost.

Financial Reporting

Aside from offering superior bookkeeping, our weekly and monthly financial reporting separates us from other bookkeeping firms. At the end of each week, we will take all the information we processed and generate a weekly financial "Snap Report." Our weekly Snap report will be your and your manager's guide to your weekly profitability. It is easy to read and understand. We understand that most business owners prefer not to read a confusing financial statement. Our financial reports are customizable, easy to read, and percentage-driven. At the Snap of a finger, you will quickly be able to understand your company's financials in a weekly metric. Getting a P&L from us empowers you to know what is happening in your business. We know the generated P&Ls from QuickBooks can be hard to read and are not customizable to your needs. 4 A Group created our proprietary financial reporting software. We take the information from QuickBooks and send you a profit and loss statement for you to read.
